5. Late Arrivals
We understand that delays can occasionally happen.
Patients who join the consultation up to 10 minutes after the scheduled start time may still be accommodated, depending on the doctor’s schedule.
If a patient arrives more than 10 minutes late, the consultation may need to be shortened or rescheduled, depending on availability.
Late arrivals may not be eligible for refunds.
6. Missed Appointments
If a patient does not attend the consultation at the scheduled time and has not cancelled or rescheduled within the permitted time window, the appointment will be considered a missed appointment.
Missed appointments are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
